Description

NROL-45 mission was launched on February 10, 2016, under the USA-267 satellite. The launch happened in Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), Space Launch Complex 6 (SLC-6) located In Santa Barbara County, California using the Delta IV rocket. It is positioned in Retrograde Low Earth orbit, 1,115 × 1,106 km × 123°. The design is based on Topaz 4 or Future Imagery Architecture (FIA) . Its function is as a Radar Imaging, a program awarded to Boeing to design a new generation of optical and radar imaging US reconnaissance satellites for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). Its current status was presumed active and was able to enter outer space and do its service.
