Description
NROL-17 mission was nicknamed "GeoLITE", launched on MAY 18, 2001, under the USA-158 satellite. The launch happened in Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Space Launch Complex 17 (SLC-17B) located on Cape Canaveral in Brevard County, Florida using the Delta II rocket. It is positioned in Geosynchronous orbit. The design is based on GeoLITE. Its function is as a Technology demonstration. Its current status was retired.
