Luke Air Force Base Patch

Luke Air Force Base is a US Air Force base located in Maricopa County, Arizona. It is a major training base for training pilots in the F-16 Fighting Falcon. Built in 1941 and controlled by AETC. The base is a designated Superfund site.
The base is named after 2nd Lt. Frank Luke, a posthumous Medal of Honor recipient and the number two US flying ace in WW I.
