Description

The Chicago White Sox is an American professional baseball team based in Chicago. The White Sox competes in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member club of the American League (AL) Central division. It is owned by Jerry Reinsdorf. In 1918, the logo was entirely changed. Multiple elements can be seen in the design. The American flag looks as if an extension of the eagle's wings and wraps around a round emblem with the "World Champions" and "White Sox" in capital letters at the top and bottom. The center has white stockings and resembles a globe.
