Description
The North Carolina State Flag depicts two dates. May 20, 1775, the date of Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence, and April 12, 1776, the date when N.C called for its independence from Great Britain. It also has a white star in the center, a vertical blue bar, and a horizontal stripe of red and white.
