Cedar Rapids Kernels is a Minor league Baseball team of the Midwest League. Founded in 1890 and located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Owned by Cedar Rapids Ball Club, Inc and managed by Brian Dinkelman.
The franchise team won Midwest League championships 3 times in 1988, 1992, and 1994.
Its logo features a yellow baseball bat that resembles a corn cob.
