102nd Rescue Squadron
Description
The 102nd Rescue Squadron (102 RQS) is a unit of the New York Air National Guard 106th Rescue Wing stationed at Francis S. Gabreski Air National Guard Base, Westhampton Beach, New York. It is equipped with HC-130J Combat King II transport aircraft. Its role is for Combat Rescue. The oldest unit of the NY Air National Guard.
