Description
NROL-35 mission was nicknamed "Jacquelyn", launched on December 13, 2014, under the USA-259 satellite. The launch happened in Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), Space Launch Complex 3E (SLC-3E) located In Santa Barbara County, California using the Atlas V 541 rocket. It is positioned in Molniya orbit, 39,083 × 1,286 km × 63.4°. The design is based on Trumpet 6 (third generation). Its function is as a ELINT, intelligence-gathering by use of electronic sensors. Its primary focus lies on non-communications signals intelligence. Its current status was presumed active and was able to enter outer space and do its service.
