Kegelman Air Force Auxiliary Field Patch
Description
Kegelman Air Force Auxiliary Field is located in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, across the Great Salt Plains Lake. It was named in honor of the famous USAAF pilot Col. Charles Clark "Sonny" Kegelman, a native of El Reno, Oklahoma.
It was a sub-base of Vance Air Force Base under the control of the 71st Flying Training Wing.
