Joint Base Lewis-McChord Patch
Description
Joint Base Lewis–McChord is a US military installation home to I Corps and 62nd Airlift Wing located 14.6 km south-southwest of Tacoma, Washington. Built in 1917 as Fort Lewis and eventually in 1927 as Tacoma Field. Controlled by the US Army Installation Management Command.
The facility is a training and mobilization center for all services.
