152d Fighter Squadron
Description
The 152d Fighter Squadron (152 FS) is a unit of the Arizona Air National Guard 162d Fighter Wing located at Tucson Air National Guard Base, Arizona. The 148th is equipped with the F-16 Fighting Falcon. Its role is for Foreign Military Sales pilot training, nicknamed "Tigers" and has been in the service since 1985. In 1970, it produced its first students. It also received its second Air Force Oustanding Unit Citation for successfully training F-100 students.
